The team currently includes two professionals who hold master's degrees and two more who are actively pursuing advanced degrees. This blend of academic achievement and practical experience ensures our training programs are built on proven educational principles and the latest industry trends.
As our Learning and Development Manager, Jessica leads the team with nearly two decades of experience in the training field. She has been a core part of CallTower for nine years, shaping our educational programs with her extensive knowledge. Jessica holds a master’s degree in Adult Education and Training and is also an ATD-certified Master Trainer. This background gives her a unique perspective on how adults learn best, ensuring our content is relevant, engaging, and impactful.
When she's not designing new learning strategies, Jessica is a devoted advocate for English Bulldogs and even dreams of opening a rescue sanctuary one day.
Katlyn Barry, a Training Specialist, brings a specialized skill set to the team with her master’s in communication, which focused on conflict reduction. Her expertise helps create clear, concise, and positive learning environments where every user feels comfortable asking questions. She has experience training diverse audiences across various subjects and corporations. Katlyn is passionate about building training sessions with achievable results and isn't afraid to add a bit of humor to keep things lively.
Outside of work, you might find her catching up on her favorite show, reading, or spending quality time with her kids.
With over 20 years in the communications industry, including more than a decade at CallTower, Joseph Koltis is a true product veteran. As a Training Specialist, he combines deep technical knowledge with a passion for teaching. Joseph is currently expanding his expertise even further by pursuing a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Education Technology & Instructional Design. His studies ensure that our training methods are not only informative but also leverage the latest educational technologies.
In his free time, Joseph enjoys a creative and relaxing hobby: crocheting blankets for his family members.
Ally Abrams joins our team of Training Specialists after a decade of experience as a public school teacher. This background in education gives her a natural ability to break down complex topics into simple, understandable concepts. She made the transition to corporate training to apply her teaching skills in a new environment. Ally is also furthering her own education by pursuing a master's degree, adding to the team's academic powerhouse.
Living in Rochester, NY, with her husband and four cats, Ally enjoys reading, walking, and spending time with friends and family when she's not helping users master our solutions.
