Office 365: Bet You Didn't Know...

Access - Access is a database software. Many people just use spreadsheets to keep databases, and this method usually works, but it's really not what spreadsheets were designed for. On the other hand, Microsoft Access comes with a long list of features designed especially for creating and taking care of databases and records.

Voice Enablement  - Add Enterprise Voice to Office 365 on a privately hosted platform with full PBX replacement features and Contact Center bolt-on's.  Cloud PBX features include IVR, Response Groups, Hunt Groups, Call Recording, and integration with Salesforce.com.  

OneNote - OneNote is a program that isn't like any other. The basic purpose is to create and keep track of notes, but there's so much more. First of all, the notes can be either typed or handwritten. They can also be screen shots, drawings, or audio. But the best part is that you can share all of this information with coworkers or anyone else in a helpful collaborative setting.

Publisher - Microsoft Publisher is a great software that is similar to Word, but is intended for layout design. It's a great way for someone without much design experience who works for a company that doesn't maintain professionals for design to simply and effectively produce materials such as flyers and business cards.
