CallTower has been a Microsoft Gold Partner for years, which allows customers to take advantage of a fully developed Managed Partner Network. This means CallTower can entirely manage the transition to a Microsoft voice solution, complete with 24/7/365 US-based support and a single point of contact for Office 365 and Voice. License migration is incredibly simple as well - customers just accept the invitation from CallTower. Finally, customers can use CallTower Connect, a proprietary solution management application, to manage the voice integration of users.
CallTower can license Microsoft Products, primarily Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams and Office 365.
As part of the CallTower Managed Partner network, we handle the move of voice to our Native Skype for Business solution or to Microsoft Teams. Our Certified Engineers expertise in Microsoft Voice networking and PSTN connectivity, so you can rest assured knowing your voice connectivity is in capable hands. You'll also be able to use CallTower's proprietary solution management application, CallTower Connect, to manage users’ voice integration. The Managed Partner Network also includes seamless license migration for these Microsoft Products.
Perhaps the most important component of the Managed Partner Network is the Support Service Level Agreement, which provides single point of contact, lightning-fast, 24/7/365 US-based support. Based on issue priority, CallTower will respond within a 15 minute to single business day range whereas Microsoft response times range from one hour to a "no commitment" timeframe.
CallTower's Managed Partner Network can assist with the design, training and deployment assistance for both Microsoft Voice Solutions: Skype for Business - complete with Microsoft Teams Collaboration or Collaboration and Meetings; and Microsoft Teams with CallTower Direct Routing. CallTower's MPN provides an incredible level of support, including a single point of contact for Teams and O365 and 24/7/365 US-based support via email, chat, phone or self service portal. Office 365 provision integration, single bill payment systems and the robust management of CallTower Connect are available to members of the CallTower MPN.
All of these features are included with CallTower's MPN - without the MPN, features like design, training and deployment assistance are available from CallTower Professional Services. Customer support can be acquired from Microsoft on a case-by-case basis for non-CallTower related issues. Office 365 provision integration, single bill payment systems and the robust management of CallTower Connect are not available outside of CallTower's MPN.
