IT infrastructure is absolutely one of those things where the sum is greater than the parts. The routers, switches, firewalls, gateways, load balancers, servers and storage systems that provide the basis for our voice platforms are best of breed products from companies like Cisco and NetApp with connectivity to a wide array of MPLS clouds that ensures high availability and crystal clear call quality. But my experience has been that checking off a list of vendors doesn’t really tell you much about the service being offered. Much more critical is the vision that these systems are built to support.
One of the things that makes CallTower truly special is a mindset that permeates the organization that we focus on engaging with and delighting our customers. The engagement part of that equation requires that we listen to our customers and meet their needs.
