A Strong Foundation For Communication

CallTower is all about enabling our customers to communicate better. The services that we provide, the visible things like telephones and our fantastic CallTower:Connect portal are your interface to the systems that we manage on your behalf. Underlying these visible elements of our solution is something just as important – an infrastructure that is purpose built to provide a stable and robust platform.

IT infrastructure is absolutely one of those things where the sum is greater than the parts. The routers, switches, firewalls, gateways, load balancers, servers and storage systems that provide the basis for our voice platforms are best of breed products from companies like Cisco and NetApp with connectivity to a wide array of MPLS clouds that ensures high availability and crystal clear call quality. But my experience has been that checking off a list of vendors doesn’t really tell you much about the service being offered. Much more critical is the vision that these systems are built to support.

One of the things that makes CallTower truly special is a mindset that permeates the organization that we focus on engaging with and delighting our customers. The engagement part of that equation requires that we listen to our customers and meet their needs. The delighting part of that challenge is harder I think – it requires a vision of who we are as a company and how we will innovate. Our internal discussions focus regularly on this vision and pushing past the basics to find innovative ways to delight our customers. This mindset affects how the technical staff at CallTower function and how we think about the systems that we engineer and manage.

We’re dedicated to being an extension of your existing IT team, providing quality communication services and a solid infrastructure that allows you to focus on your core business.
