CallTower continues to strengthen its position as a global provider of diverse cloud PBX and UCaaS solutions through strategic innovation, acquisitions, and platform expansion. Its broad portfolio includes Cisco Webex Calling (Multitenant and Dedicated Instance), Metaswitch UCaaS, Microsoft Teams Direct Routing and Operator Connect, Microsoft 365, Zoom Phone, CT Cloud Contact Center, Five9, Webex Contact Center, and integrations with Zoom, Genesys, and NiCE CXone Mpower. This multiplatform strategy enables CallTower to deliver tailored cloud, premises-based, and hybrid solutions for varied enterprise needs.

In early 2025, CallTower acquired Inoria, a Canadian Genesys partner specializing in contact center solutions, workforce management, analytics, and AI-driven professional services. The acquisition strengthens CallTower’s expertise in customer experience and conversational AI.
