Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:
1. This promotion is exclusively available to active CallTower Partners who complete of at least 8 orders per year or $10,000 in Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR). Flexibility may apply.
Service Requirements:
1. Partners must be on a provisioned MS Teams or Webex Calling Plan and associated phone number provided by CallTower.
2. CallTower requires up-to-date tenant ID information and an active admin contact for the partner organization.
Administrative Setup:
1. The designated admin must follow the outlined instructions for mobile setup, as detailed here: Teams Admin Tasks.
User Setup:
1. End users are responsible for setting up their own devices to access the mobile service.
Promotion Duration:
1. The complimentary eSIM service is valid for six (6) months from the start of services.
2. At the end of the six-month term, the promotion may be renewed at CallTower’s discretion.
Order Process:
1. This promotion operates as a standard order with a zero-dollar price point.

1. CallTower reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
