TERMS & CONDITIONS
SPIFF is awarded on Microsoft Teams, Webex Calling and Zoom Phone voice offering only and cannot be combined with any other promotions. The partner must be closing their first deal with CallTower. The deal must involve a completely new client logo. Deal must close by December 30, 2024. A commitment to a minimum 36-month term is required. To qualify, a monthly revenue commitment exceeding $3,000 is necessary. Discounts do not apply to Monthly Recurring Charges or Non-Recurring Charges. SPIFF is only available for initial orders from new clients and not for existing accounts. No SPIFF is awarded for Network, SIP Trunks, Circuits, Usage, Equipment (including handsets and headsets), and Contact Center Solutions. SPIFF payouts will be made approximately 60 days after the first complete billing invoice. Billing must begin within 90 days of the contract execution date, except if CallTower cannot provision due to issues not related to the Partner or Customer. CallTower reserves the right to reclaim SPIFFs if a customer cancels before the contract ends. SPIFFs cannot be combined with other promotions or SPIFFs. CallTower, Inc. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
