Cisco Auto AttendantCallTower is proud to unveil a new feature functionality set within CallTower Connect for our Cisco customers. CallTower Connect  simplifies the setup and management of CallTower solutions facilitated within one easy-to-use web or mobile application.

This September you will be able to easily create Cisco Auto Attendants from within CallTower Connect. 

CISCO AUTO ATTENDANT

Auto attendant (AA) is a telephony application within our Cisco Cloud offering that transfers incoming calls to various extensions as specified by callers, without the intervention of a human operator.

CallTower Connect

An AA may also be called a virtual receptionist.  An auto attendant can route calls to landline phones, mobile phones, VoIP devices, extensions and recordings, as well as another auto attendant.
